RETAIL MANAGER

Involves:

  • scheduling and maintaining managerial support for Shop Team
  • handling of all Private Bookings and PR-related enquiries.
  • assuring space is well-maintained and all guests are very well treated
  • overseeing Shop related projects: events, inventory, space renovations, shifting décor, promotions...
  • working closely with our Operations Manager, Shop Team, Creative Assistant, Production Manager, Concierge, Brand Developer/Owner.
  • participate in weekly Team meetings

 SALES ASSOCIATE / CUSTOMER SUPPORT / EVENT LEAD

Our Denver Apothecary is part of a lifestyle collective called The Firehouse Shops which includes a workshop and event space, retail/showroom space with Urban General Store and Juice bar coming soon. 

Involves:

  • maintaining a high level of product knowledge across all of our retail categories
  • general understanding of retail systems and protocols
  • concierge level customer service both in-store as well as online
  • flexible availability including Saturday and evening availability 
  • confidence in leading Spa Parties that we host on a regular basis
  • being present for and assisting with private events which may include anything from short meetings to weddings and dinners
  • maintain impeccable store maintenance, cleanliness and organization
  • appreciation for chickens and plant maintenance

  • passion for sharing helpful and accurate brand and product information
  • proficient in the art of sales to provide people with what they want and need without pushiness

NON-PROFIT COORDINATOR

The YANA Collective is our non-profit which needs to be formally officiated with 501(c)(3) status. This is an adventure perfect for the seasoned 501(c)(3) applicant or intern with a passion for non-profit who wishes to apply this project as credit toward their program.

Involves:

  • 3-7 months for application process
  • implementation of non-profit projects
  • management of all 501(c)(3) activities for accounting
  • presence with most if not all non-profit activities
  • creativity in helping to dream up various community offerings

Strengths and Skillsets:

  • passion for providing the underserved with enriching experiences
  • organizational skills including mid to high level excel proficiency 
  • excellent communication skills
  • timeliness and follow-through particularly with established timelines
  • self-regulating and autonomous
  • positive, pro-active and solution-oriented mindset

 

**We're also looking for temp help through the holidays to assist with product making and orders packing. Days and hours are flexible.**
